Located in Cincinnati, graphic designer and photographer, Sidney Trasser, has established herself as a passionate artist in the area. On a mission to learn as much as possible, Trasser is quickly making a name for herself through her work ethic, determination, adaptability and quick learning. 
Passionate about all variants of design and photography, Trasser’s love for art started at a young age when she fell in love with painting. Since she has worked to perfect her craft and find new ways to infuse her art to reach a wider and broader audience. While in University, Trasser chose to pursue degrees in graphic design and photography. She quickly fell in love with the endless professional and artistic possibilities both offered her.
Now working as a graphic designer in the Greater Cincinnati Area, she uses her fine art background to help her create designs that speak to her client(s) while standing out for her unconventional approach, breaking the barriers and trends set before her.
In her fine art, she brings ideas to life with a raw approach that utilizes real models, ideals and stigmas in the hopes of breaking down barriers and challenging the viewer. Trasser also works in a variety of mediums, including painting and photography.
Trasser has won the 3 Arts Scholarship for Graphic Design, Hyde Park Arts Scholarship for Graphic Design and Photography, the Sister Zimmer Art Scholarship for design, and Best of Show for Graphic Design 2015. In addition to these awards she was also chosen as the Senior of the Year in Graphic Design 2017, was a part of Cincinnati Emerging Artist for Photography 2017 and won the Warrior Run Mental Health Awareness Scholarship 2017 for here photography thesis "Perfectly Imperfect: Misunderstandings of the Mind." She has received numerous honorable mentions in both graphic design and photography. Recently she has been credited certifications in Cinemagraphs and Creative Imaging by Adobe.
Outside of graphic design, photography and fine art, Trasser is also a poet with a strong voice. To date she has been published in Lion-On-Lion, Dateline and Pomes for Peace and Justice 2019. She is also an active member of the Cincinnati Poetry Group.
